Rental Terms: Villas: Click on rental terms for complete terms and conditions. Deposits for properties may vary depending upon policies of owners. Deposits of  25%  to 50%  of the total rent must be paid within seven (7) days of making a reservation. This deposit must be paid in U.S. dollars and is non-refundable in the case of villa rentals (unless time is re-rented). Payment  for villas is by Cashiers Check which should be made payable to Unique Vacations.

The remaining balance of the total rent for villas must be paid in full by cashiers check sixty (60) days prior to the Tenant's arrival date. The final payment of the balance of the total rent also must be paid in U.S. dollars and is only refundable within the sole discretion of the Landlord/Agent. The amount of such discretionary refunds, if any, will be determined by the Landlord/Agent based upon the Landlord/Agent's ability to re-rent the premises for the same time period. If a refund is made, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. The Landlord/Agent's decision concerning refunds is final.

Agent warrants only availability of villa. Landlords/Agents assume no responsibility for personal injury and/or property loss incurred by Tenants. Rental disputes shall be resolved with island management before renters leave the island.

Hotels: payments by credit card or check. For some properties, hotel charges through the rental on site. Deposit and balance payments governed by hotel policy.

Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
