This luxury vacation rental villa is situated cliffside in
Vigie Point, where the soothing sound of the waves creates the perfect Caribbean setting.
You'll enjoy the ambiance of this lovely villa and the fabulous ocean views out to Martinique
and Pigeon Point. The yard features a beautiful pool and sundeck, a jetted sitting pool and is
fenced to keep children safe. Decorated in a Caribbean/Mexican style, the house is furnished to
a high standard.
There are five bedrooms and four
bathrooms. The main living/dining area, equipped with Cable TV, CD and cassette
player, leads out to a spacious covered terrace overlooking the sea. The
three bedrooms on the lower floor have another living/dining area which
opens out to a terrace that runs the length of the house. Conveniently
located, the villa is a five minute drive to Vigie Beach and George
Charles Airport; ten minutes to Castries and duty free shopping at Pointe
Seraphine and just fifteen minutes to Rodney Bay where there are many
restaurants, more beaches and tourist activities. Two of the best
restaurants on the island are just five minutes away.
An additional cottage is available for rental. Just steps away from the main house, the cottage
has a queen size four poster bed, a pull out couch suitable for a child and a bathroom. Furnished
in a Caribbean and Mexican style like the main house, the cottage is also air-conditioned. The
cottage will not be rented separately, only in addition to the main house.
