Located one mile south of Soufriere, at the base of the Petit Piton. This
restored Plantation House has a large living room which overlooks the pool and the Caribbean
Sea through three graceful arches. The dining room also overlooks the pool and out to the Piton.
House is furnished with locally made furniture and Caribbean antiques. Fully equipped kitchen with
six burner restaurant stove, blender, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle.
Chalon Cottage, which can be added to rental of Plantation House to give an
additional bedroom,
is located just apart from the Plantation house, and has one bedroom with four poster bed, one
bath, and a small terrace. Full size private swimming pool, rimmed with sea boulders. Chaises for sunning
and outdoor dining table under the pergola.
Nightly
Rates:
Rates subject to 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Maximum occupancy
is two persons per bedroom unless by specific agreement with management prior to arrival.

Additional persons charged at $25 per night plus tax and service. We can arrange airport transfers,
car rentals, start-up groceries and bar supplies.
Stonefield Estate Booking/Cancellation policies: To secure
the villa a two
night deposit (inclusive of taxes and service charges) is required.
Cancellations: To receive a full refund on deposits, cancellations must be made at least 30 days
prior to arrival date. Total deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior
to arrival date.
For Christmas Period (Dec 20th to Jan 8th) a 50% deposit on total rental is required
when booking a villa. Cancellations must be given at least 90 days prior to arrival to avoid
forfeiting this deposit.
Clients who have confirmed reservations but wish to change their dates 30 days or less prior to arrival
will be charged US $100 for the date change.
