Overlooking the Caribbean sea, facing the Petit Piton, this spacious villa features
an open living/dining room and a full kitchen containing a stove, refrigerator,
blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle. Located on Stonefield Estate Villa Resort, the traditional
West Indian louvers of this villa open to the view and sea breezes. Covered veranda. Chaises for sunning
are provided on a sunning terrace by the pool which has a sunset and sea view. Two bedrooms boast four
poster beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an enclosed garden shower. The other two bedrooms
share a bathroom. Another large pool with a huge sunning deck is located just a few steps from the villa
and is available for the use of villa guests. A full service restaurant/bar is located
at the pool.

Rates:
Rates subject to 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Maximum occupancy
is two persons per bedroom unless by specific agreement with management prior to arrival.

We can arrange airport transfers, car rentals, start-up groceries and bar supplies.
Stonefield Estate Booking/Cancellation policies: To secure
the villa a two
night deposit (inclusive of taxes and service charges) is required.
Cancellations: To receive a full refund on deposits, cancellations must be made at least 30 days
prior to arrival date. Total deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior
to arrival date.
For Christmas Period (Dec 20th to Jan 8th) a 50% deposit on total rental is required
when booking a villa. Cancellations must be given at least 90 days prior to arrival to avoid
forfeiting this deposit. Clients who have confirmed reservations but wish to change their dates 30 days or less prior to arrival
will be charged US $100 for the date change.
