Overlooking the Caribbean sea, facing the Petit Piton, this spacious cottage features an open living room with a full kitchen on one side has a stove, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle. Located on Stonefield Estate Villas, the traditional West Indian louvers of this cottage open to the view and sea breezes. A hammock, dining table and chaises for sunning are found on the covered veranda. The bedroom boasts a four poster bed, ample closet space, an ensuite bathroom with an enclosed garden shower. A large pool with a huge sunning deck is located just a few steps from the cottage and is available for the use of cottage guests. A full service restaurant/bar is located at the pool.

Nightly Rates:

Rates subject to 10% service charge and 8% government tax. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom unless by specific agreement with management prior to arrival.

Stonefield Estate Booking/Cancellation policies: To secure the villa a two night deposit (inclusive of taxes and service charges) is required. Cancellations: To receive a full refund on deposits, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Total deposit is forfeited if reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date. For Christmas Period (Dec 20th to Jan 8th) a 50% deposit on total rental is required when booking a villa. Cancellations must be given at least 90 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting this deposit. Clients who have confirmed reservations but wish to change their dates 30 days or less prior to arrival will be charged US $100 for the date change.
