house and has a spacious covered terrace. Because of its location high in the hills of Cap
Estate, an exclusive residential area of large homes, you have spectacular views down the
Caribbean coastline and out to the Atlantic. Bella Vista has three
air-conditioned bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Among its many amenities are cable TV,
VCR and stereo system with CD and cassette player. Beaches, an 18 hole golf course and
wonderful restaurants are just five minutes by car.

Prices quoted in US dollars. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom unless
by specific prior arrangement with island management. Please note that Jacuzzis
are temperamental
in tropical climates. If the Jacuzzi malfunctions every effort will be made to fix it. If parts
need to be ordered, you may not have the use of this amenity during your stay. No refunds for
Jacuzzi problems.
