A three minute walk to the beach at Trouya, the cottage is located in spacious grounds with a breezy veranda which looks out over the lawn to Pigeon Point. Floors are tiled throughout. The bedroom is air-conditioned and the cottage has Cable TV. Owners request that AC be used only at night. A fully equipped kitchen is along side the bright and cheerful living/dining area. A pull out couch would accommodate two small children.

On the property of local residents, the cottage is positioned and landscaped to give a feeling of privacy. You have access to the owners full size pool as well as to produce from their garden and fruit trees.
