in the hills of Cap Estate, Kinnoull has spectacular views down the
Caribbean coastline all the way to the Pitons. Built in 1998, the property
consists of a main house and a cottage linked by a swimming pool and sun
deck. The main house has three air conditioned bedrooms with ensuite
bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own study area and private balcony.
The living area is open with access to the kitchen.
The two story guest
cottage is a self-contained one bedroom unit with a fully equipped
kitchen, and a living/dining area with a futon sofa bed. The
air-conditioned bedroom is on the second floor with a private balcony. The
adjoining cottage makes this a wonderful house for families travelling
with a nanny or grandparents. Just five minutes to beaches and the new 18
hole golf course. Ten minutes to the Rodney Bay area where you will find
shopping, restaurants and evening entertainment.
House rental includes complimentary greens fees for two persons at Cap
Estate Golf and Country Club each day.
