Peponi is a lovely villa situated on a hillside with stunning sea views.
The main house is constructed on two levels. Downstairs there is a well furnished living room with
ceiling fan, Cable television and stereo. The air-conditioned master bedroom, located off the
living room, has a King size bed, ceiling fan and a large en-suite bathroom with both a
tub and a shower.
Upstairs is another bedroom with ceiling fan and air-conditioning. It has a double bed and
en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a well equipped kitchen and dining area, with an additional
open air dining patio.
The cottage is completely self-contained and separated from the main house by an attractive pool
terrace and swimming pool. The cottage has a sitting room and upstairs is a full kitchen and an
air-conditioned
bedroom with two single beds, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The fourth bedroom is in another separate cottage. This one bedroom, one bathroom unit is
air-conditioned and just a few steps from the main house.
Daily Rates:
Prices quoted in US Dollars. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom unless
by specific arrangement with island management prior to arrival. Christmas/New Years rentals have
a 10% surcharge with a minimum rental of 14 nights. Rates subject to change.
