Acacia Villa is a light, cool and spacious villa, which has been extensively renovated by its new owners and is situated at Becune Point, Cap Estate.

 

The villa is completely fenced and gated and is situated on a hillside in an acre of lush landscaped gardens and gently sloping lawns.   The villa enjoys a wonderful breeze all year round and views out to Pigeon Island National Park, and across the Martinique Channel towards the French island of Martinique.

 

You enter the house into a cool light living/dining room, which is well furnished and equipped with Cablevision TV, DVD, Stereo and an I-pod speaker system.  A spacious front veranda leads off the sitting room and is fully furnished with lounge chairs  and a dining suite for alfresco dining.  Relax here and enjoy the wonderful views.  The back patio is extensive and very private, with a covered sitting area and further shaded and open areas.  There is a large swimming pool, an 8 person Jacuzzi and a covered bar area with a built in barbeque.

 

There are three air-conditioned double bedrooms; all with ceiling fans.  The master suite comprises of a four poster king size bed, Cablevision TV and a spacious en-suite shower room.  Bedroom II has a queen size bed with an en-suite shower room and bedroom III has a king size bed and an adjacent shower room.

 

A well equipped modern kitchen, laundry room complete the house.  The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, fridge / freezer and stove.

 

A separate ground floor annex is available for those guests wishing to house a larger party.  This comprises of two air-conditioned double bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities, a separate sitting area and kitchenette   To the front is a large covered patio area. 

 

Anse Becune and the Causeway beaches and the Pigeon Island National Park are approximately a 10 minute walk away. An 18 hole championship golf course, at the Cap Estate Golf and Country Club, is 2 minute drive away.

 

Nightly Rates:

Prices quoted in US Dollars. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom unless by specific arrangement with island management prior to arrival. Rates subject to change.
