Sunrise Loft is a charming and unique two bedroom apartment. The villa’s fourth wall, comprised entirely of glass affords each room an all encompassing view of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Rodney Bay Marina, which at night is simply spectacular.

Although located beneath Sunset Villa, the Loft has complete privacy and even has its own access road and garage. There are two spacious and air conditioned bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. There is an open plan kitchen which flows into the dining room which provides an amazing dining experience, as one gazes out the glass entrance which runs along the entire front of the Loft. The sitting/TV room which is located in the central area along with dining room shares this cozy and unique environment which comprises Sunset Loft.

Outside the central area is the plunge pool and decking area, ideal for sunbathing or evening dining.

You will love the complete intimacy and tranquility which surrounds this villa, yet it is just a few minute’s drive from all the services and amenities (beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and activities such as sailing, diving, water sports, golfing and horseback riding).

Sunrise Loft can be rented separately or in combination with the main house Sunset Villa to give you four bedrooms in total.

Weekly Rates

Rates quoted in US dollars and subject to change. Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom unless by specific agreement with island management prior to arrival. 10% surcharge for Christmas/New Years rentals with fourteen night minimum stay.
